Cleaning
Removal of impurities such as stones (destoning) and metals (magnetic separation) to prepare the seeds for processing
Steam Cooking
Conditiong the sesame seeds with heat and moisture to facilitate oil release and develop flavor.
Pressing
The cooked sesame seeds are fed into a screw oil press. Inside the press, high pressure generated by the rotating shaft ruptures the oil cells, releasing the oil. The oil flows out through gaps in the press cage, while the solid residue (sesame cake) is discharged from the end. The resulting crude oil then moves to the filtering stage.
Filtering
Clarifying the crude oil by removing solid particles to obtain the final pure sesame oil
